Meet Lauren, our Sr. Program Coordinator

Lauren Kriss is thrilled to join the Center for Health Communication as a Senior Program Coordinator for the Be Well Communities project.

Born and raised in Austin, Lauren is excited to come home and apply her experience with health promotion to help Texans live longer healthier lives. She’s worked on projects related to entertainment and organ donation, concussion prevention among high school athletes, and the intended and unintended consequences of health promotion campaigns

Lauren is a doctoral student at The University of Wisconsin-Madison and an alum of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Texas Tech University.
