Introducing, Jeremy!

The CHC is pleased to welcome Jeremy Martin as a Sr. Program Coordinator.

Jeremy joins our team after spending the past 6 years working to improve equity in higher education through policy reform and research at The Charles A. Dana Center at The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to this time, he served as a public high school teacher in the Austin area and led competitive speech and debate programs. Jeremy also works as an independent consultant on communication, research, and policy projects for education organizations and institutions. He is very motivated by the mission of the CHC and excited to bring his passion for improving lives and creating equitable systems to the center’s portfolio of work.

He received an MPAFF from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at UT Austin, a BA in English from Dartmouth College, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Communication Studies at Moody College of Communication.

Jeremy is the proud parent of two young children and has lived in Austin for more than 20 years. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys playing disc golf, traveling with his wife, sampling taco trucks, and spending time with family and friends.
