CHC Welcomes Sr. Program Coordinator: Anna LoSecco

Say Hello to Anna LoSecco!

Anna is a Senior Program Coordinator at the University of Texas at Austin Center for Health Communication. In this role, she collaborates with program staff to develop evidence-based communication campaigns. Currently, Anna guides two of CHC's programs to promote smoking cessation in Texas and across the country.

Anna comes from a political and nonprofit development background and has spent most of her career fundraising with and for public health doctors running for the United States Congress. She also has experience as a political consultant for local, statewide, and federal candidates. Her work has helped hone her ability to write policies and create strategic marketing promotions to amplify campaign platforms. Anna is excited to apply some of the skills she's gleaned from her previous work to approach public and preventive health initiatives with the CHC.

Anna has a dual BA in Political Science and Anthropology from the University of Colorado and is currently pursuing her MPH with a concentration in Prevention Science at Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health.
