CHC Welcomes Graphic Designer: Natalie Tarrant

Hello Natalie!

Meet Natalie Tarrent, the CHC's newest graphic designer. Natalie is a recent graduate of the University of North Texas Communication Design program, where she earned her BFA in Graphic Design and her minor in Art History. In between classes she worked at the printing and computer lab within the College of Visual Art and Design, attended summer internships at the Advocate Media magazine in Dallas, and competed in the National Student Show and Conference, where she earned an award for the concept and execution of a remote education app for high school students.

As the proud daughter of both a journalist and graphic designer from the newspaper industry, Natalie would teach herself how to draw using the old photoshop application her mother purchased for working at home. Nowadays, her free time is spent sketching the various plants and animals seen around the Hill Country during long and winding hikes with her dog.
