Moody College of Communication honored some of its most distinguished community members at the 2026 Impact Celebration.

The event brought together faculty, staff, students, alumni and supporters to recognize accomplishments from the past year and salute the people who make the college exceptional. They excel in their fields and generously give their time, talent, wisdom and donations.

This year, Department of Radio-Television-Film alumnus Chet Garner emceed the celebration. Garner kicked off the event by introducing Moody College Dean Cary Granat, who graciously welcomed attendees. Later, Garner led a question-and-answer session with current Moody College students.
