Director Rajinder Koul is the Director of the Woolfolk Center for Language Disorders Research and Chair of the department and Houston Harte Centennial Professor in the Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Speech-Language Pathology with an emphasis in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) from Purdue University. He served as the Chair, Associate Dean for Research, and Assistant Vice President for Research at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center before joining the University of Texas at Austin.

Associate Director Corinne Neal is the Associate Director of the Woolfolk Center for Language Disorders. She holds a Ph.D. with an emphasis in child language disorders and augmentative and alternative communication from The University of Kansas. She previously ran multiple research studies investigating child language and literacy from birth to adolescence at The University of Kansas Medical Center.

Speech-Language Pathologist Siobhan Marcucci is a bilingual speech-language pathologist with over 10 years experience working with children with language disorders across a variety of ages. She received her bachelors from The University of Texas at Austin and her masters from Texas Women's University.

Research Program Coordinator Jasmine Winata is the Research Program Coordinator for the Woolfolk Center for Language Disorders Research. She brings many years of experience as a research coordinator at multiple education-focused companies. She received a bachelor's in psychology from the University of Texas.
