Email Signature

In the digital age, an email signature is akin to letterhead and is an official representation of Moody College. Email signature blocks should not contain logos, images, personal statements or quotes.

Recommended elements: (required for Dean's office/Dean's direct reports)

Basic tasks to create your signature include:

  1. Copy formatted text from supplied powerpoint file email-signature.pptx.
  2. Paste into your default (or create new) signature within your mail program.
  3. After you paste, choose "keep source formatting" by clicking on the clip

Business Cards

All faculty and staff business cards can be ordered online through Document Solutions. You will need a departmental account number or credit card number to place your order.

Once logged in, you will see a faculty card option and a staff card option.  Cost is $30.00 for 100 cards.

The system allows for the following field entries:

  • Name
  • Title
  • Name of Office/Department
  • Office address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Website
  • Pronouns
