All exhibitors receive advance promotion of their attendance to students prior to the event on the website and in the event guide published inside The Daily Texan newspaper (view the Fall 2025 edition here), access to student resumes after the event, interview space to meet with students upon request, lunch and refreshments, and 2 chairs per skirted table. Up to 3 company representatives may attend per 8’ space. Additional representatives may be added for $200 per person.
