She specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, and change management, focusing on empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their goals.

As an award-winning educator, Dr. Patrick has held prestigious positions in higher education, notably teaching in the Executive MBA program at the Zicklin School of Business and the Executive MPA and MPA programs at the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs, both at Baruch College, City University of New York. Her academic influence extends to the University of New Mexico and the University of Texas at Austin, as well as previous engagements at Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
