Matt is an award-winning filmmaker and post-production specialist (picture and sound) with over fifteen years of professional and freelance experience. He holds a B.A. from Middlebury College in Vermont and an M.F.A in Film & Media Production from The University of Texas at Austin.
His films—and films he's collaborated on—have screened in festivals around the world, including SXSW, Fantastic Fest, Doc NYC, and Seattle International Film Festival. Shows he's worked on can be found on Max, TLC, Magnolia Network, and Discovery Plus. A full list of credits can be found on

Outside of teaching, Matt is a dialogue editor and re-recording mixer at
Soundcrafter, a technical director at the Middlebury New Filmmakers Festival, and a producer for
Bevo Video and Texas Student Media.
