Bradley Pounds

Bradley Pounds is the President and Co-Owner of the Watters International Realty family of companies. The organization consists of a corporate real estate brokerage practicing across the state of Texas, a 12-unit franchise brand operating across the U.S. and Canada and a publishing arm that sells books and coaching products direct to consumer. Bradley is a sixth-generation Texan and first-generation college graduate, having earned a Bachelor's of Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009. In 2017, he co-wrote The Million Dollar Real Estate Team, which chronicles the first three years of the company's meteoric growth in Central Texas. Bradley's greatest impacts lie in sales copywriting, marketing and leadership -- all of which he credits to his time at UT. He lives in Austin with his husband Shannon and three children: Jake, Ruthie and Kelby Jo.
