Phil Nemy

Phil Nemy is a 20-year veteran of the motion picture, television, and theatrical industries, having been employed as an actor, director, stage manager, production manager, producer, and studio executive, including fifteen years with The Walt Disney Motion Pictures Group. While with Disney, Phil supervised all aspects of pre-production and production on some of Disney's biggest hits, including ARMAGEDDON, ENEMY OF THE STATE, REMEMBER THE TITANS and THE PRINCESS DIARIES. Most recently, Phil was a producer with Angel's Touch Productions in Los Angeles. In addition to his industry credits, Phil has lectured and led seminars at such university and entertainment programs as Carnegie Mellon, Duke, University of New Mexico School of Law, Chapman University School of Film and Television, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina State University, California Institute of the Arts, University of Southern California, University of California at Los Angeles, Guanajuato International Film Festival, Cannes Film Festival American Pavilion Summer Intensive, Las Vegas Screenwriters Conference, and the Hollywood Film Festival. His passion for teaching led to him to write GET A REEL JOB: Finding Your First Job in the Film Industry, a 310-page resource guide for finding initial employment in the motion picture industry.
